1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once a project or service has commenced. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be eligible under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the agreed service has not commenced within the scheduled timeframe due to delays solely on our part.
  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project before it has started and any upfront payment has been made, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the terms agreed upon in your service contract.
  • Scope of Work Not Met: If the delivered services significantly differ from the agreed-upon scope and specifications outlined in the contract.

Note: Refunds are not available for services that have been substantially completed or for any project in which major milestones have been achieved and approved.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable:

  • Consultation Fees: All consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Customized Solutions: Refunds are not available for fully customized or completed projects, as these services involve significant resources and time commitment.
  • Third-Party Fees: Any third-party costs or fees incurred for your project (such as domain registration, software licenses, or platform fees) are non-refundable, as they are paid to third-party providers.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send a written request to info@nouviex.com within 14 days of the service delivery date, including your name, contact information, and details of the project or service.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and assess the eligibility for a refund based on the specific circumstances and your contractual agreement.
  3. Decision Notification: We will notify you of our decision within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

Please note: Refunds may take additional time to reflect on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Client:
    You may cancel a project or ongoing service by providing written notice. In such cases, you will be responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation date and any outstanding balance as per the contractual agreement.
  • Cancellation by Nouviex Technologies:
    We reserve the right to cancel a project or service if the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon terms, including non-payment or lack of communication. If a project is canceled on these grounds, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
